Taxi Service: Taxi cabs can be reached by picking up any house phone and dialing 9-247-4000. We can help make arrangements with providers for patients with special transport needs such as wheelchair accessibility to return to their home areas after discharge. Food
The Cafeteria, located on the first floor, serves hot entrees and to-go items 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Vending machines are available in the cafeteria and the Emergency Waiting Room.

Enjoy a beverage or snack at Illy’s Coffee cart located in the Children’s Hospital Lobby.

Snacks and beverages are also available in both gift shops.

Take advantage of complimentary valet service at the front and emergency entrance of the hospital.

Gift Shops
Flowers, books, toys, snacks and much more can be found in our two gift shops, located in the front lobbies of both the adult and children’s hospital.

Spiritual Support
A Chaplain is available for spiritual care services. We have a Meditation Room located off the adult main lobby that is open 24 hours. Please speak with your nurse for Chaplain services.

Computers/Wireless Access
Computers are available in the Medical Library (located on the first floor across from the Auditorium), which is open to the public Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., for health-related research, email and Internet access.

We also have free wireless Internet Access through your personal laptop. To access follow these steps:
1. Double click the computer icon on the lower right side of the tool bar
2. Select “view wireless networks”
3. Select Guest Access and connect
4. Once connected, agree to the HCA waiver
